  • What are your hours?

       -We are open on Wed-Sun from 10am-7pm. We are closed on Mon-Tues.

  • Are you gluten free?

      - We are currently not gluten free.

  • Are you kosher?

      - We currently do not keep kosher.

  • Are you nut free?

      - While many of our desserts are nut free, we are not a nut free facility and all desserts may come into contact with nuts. (Customers with any type of nut allergy, will be ordering at their own risk and will not hold Pastry State Cakes liable for any allergic reactions.)

  • How can I place an order?

      - To place an order, please use the order form on the order online page or the contact form on the contact us page. All orders require a 50% non refundable deposit in order to be placed.

  • Do you cater?

      - Yes we do cater. To place a catering order, please send a detailed email stating the type of event, the date of the event, the amount of people you would like to serve, and the desserts you would like to have.

  • Do you provide samples/tastings?

     -We currently do not offer tastings.

  • How do I order a cake/frosting flavor that isn't listed on the menu page?

     - We will gladly make a special cake/frosting flavor at your request. To make this request, please place an order selecting any cake flavor and put the actual flavor desired in the special note box, or you can send us an email directly.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

     - We currently accept cash, and zelle quickpay.

  • How long do I have to pay the remaining balance?

     - You have up until ONE WEEK before your event to pay the remaining balance. Any past due balance orders will be cancelled and no deposit refund will be given.

  • Do you deliver?

     - Delivery is available for a $30 fee (This includes gas and possible toll).

  • How long do you hold ready for pick up orders?

     - Ready for pick up orders are held for ONLY 24 HOURS after the arranged pick up time. Orders not picked up within the arranged time frame will be discarded and NO REFUND will be given.

  • What is your refund policy?

     - In the case of a bakers or decors error (wrong cake flavor, wrong color, wrong decorations, etc) we will refund the full amount for the order. In the case of unsatisfactory dessert outcome, we will refund the amount of the remaining balance AFTER the initial deposit. WE DO NOT REFUND DEPOSITS.
