PastryState Cakes is a NYC based online Cakery specializing in: buttercream and fondant cakes, cupcakes, cakepops, and cheesecakes. The creator and owner, Channa, is a culinary school graduate with an eye for the creative, and a flavor palette for the imaginative.
After graduating culinary school in 2013, and spending a few years working in fine dining, Channa set out to open her own business that combined her love for baked cakes, elegant desserts, and all things pastry; Thus PastryState was born.
At PastryState Cakes baking is not just a passion for us; It is a way of life. We believe that a moist delicious cake, or an elegant dessert can make all the difference; and you don't always have to wait until after dinner to satisfy your sweet tooth.
